  • Do I have to create an account to place an order?

Absolutely no. Creating an account will help you follow your order history and save your time when you place other orders in the future. You can always place an order without creating an account by checking out as guest.

  • What payment methods do you accept? Are they safe?

We accept credit cards. Your credit card transaction will be processed by our partner Stripe which is very secured. Moreover, our website is protected by SSL, a standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.

  • Are your luxury items authentic?

Yes, all our items are guaranteed authentic. We understand that buying pre-owned luxury items is not easy as you do not own the item from the beginning. That’s why you can always return your item if it’s proven unauthentic. Enjoy your favorite designer item, let us take care of the rest.

  • Do items come with original packaging and paperwork?

In the description of each item, the “Accessories” part mentions what kind of original packaging and paperwork will be delivered with. If it’s written “None”, it means there is no original packaging and paperwork available.

  • Are the pictures shown on your website of the actual item that will be shipped to me?

Yes, we take at least 7 photos for each item listed on the website so you could see it clearly. What you see is what you will actually get as we do not do any retouch on the item in the photos. Please zoom in the image to have a better look. However, the color might not be 100% precise as each screen has different resolution. Whenever you have doubts or want more pictures, just let us know via chat or email.

  • Can I return an item that I have purchased?

Absolutely yes. You have 7 days to return your item. Please keep your item in its original package and condition.

  • Do I have to pay the return shipping cost?

Yes, you do. It is your responsibility to ship the product back safely to our address in France. Please choose a shipping method with a tracking number and an insurance for the value of the item.

  • What countries do you ship your items to?

We ship worldwide!

  • Can you mark an item as a gift or declare for lesser value?

Unfortunately, we are unable to do that. We have to declare the full purchase price of the item to properly insure your order.
