Refund policy
All items are sold as is. Please kindly read the item description as well as zoom in on all the provided photos. We do not accept returns except for items that are not as described.
European customers have 14 days to return the item. Customers are in charge of the shipping costs for both ways.
To return an item, you must make a return request within 2 days of delivery (proven by the tracking number) and return the item within 7 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in the same condition with the original packaging.
When we receive your return, please allow up to 10 working days for us to proceed with your return.
Items that are on promotion will be considered final sales and no returns will be accepted.
