1. Shipping

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. All items will be shipped by the French post office with insurance, required signature and tracking numbers.

Shipping fee already includes handling and packing fees as well as postage cost. 

1.1. Domestic shipments

The fee will differ depending on the weight of the parcel.
 
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 working days
 
1.2. International shipments
 
We ship to almost everywhere in the world with La Poste service
 
For small parcels with a value below 200€:
European countries: estimated delivery time is around 3-8 working days
The rest of the world: estimated delivery time is around 5-10 working days
 
For parcels with a value above 200€:
European countries: estimated delivery time is around 2-4working days
The rest of the world: estimated delivery time is around 5-10 working days
 
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, there might be delays in delivery time.
 
Delivery time may differ based on destinations and your country's customs procedure. You should make sure that the product can be legally imported to your country.
 
Customers are responsible to pay for any customs fees, import duties, value added taxes and any other fees that the customer's country requires. If the parcel is returned because the customer did not want to pay the customs fees, we will not refund the order.
 
We will provide the shipping carrier with the order details and the customer's contact details.
 

2. Returns

All items are sold as is. Please kindly read the item description as well as zoom in on all the provided photos. We do not accept returns except for items that are not as described.
 
European customers have 14 days to return the item. Customers are in charge of the shipping costs for both ways.
 
To return an item, you must make a return request within 2 days of delivery (proven by the tracking number) and return the item within 7 days of delivery
 
All items must be returned in the same condition with the original packaging.
 
When we receive your return, please allow up to 10 working days for us to proceed with your return.  
 
Items that are on promotion will be considered final sales and no returns will be accepted.
 

3. Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once the order is placed. Thus, before placing an order, please kindly read the product description and view all provided photos.
